Morena Baccarin

Morena Baccarin (Rebecca) was born in Brazil, but grew up in New York City where she attended the renowned LaGuardia High School of Performing Arts. Directly after, Morena went on to study at the prestigious Juilliard School where she stared in numerous stage productions, including The Importance of Being Earnest, Love’s Labours Lost, The Marriage of Bette and Boo, and Macbeth. She spent summers on stage as part of the Guthrie Theater Lab, participating in stage productions of Jack and Jill and The Long Walk.

Morena graduated from Juilliard and instantaneously began a career in film, participating in director Michael Rymer’s largely improvisational film Perfume. She then went on to her role as Rebecca in Dan Kay’s Way Off-Broadway. Most recently Morena has returned to the Guthrie Theater, to star as the bride in director Marcela Lorca’s play Blood Wedding. She currently resides in New York City.
